Valid card

Hello,

 

Im trying to remove parental control on my SIM however I keep get a "enter valid card number" and its the exact same card my DD use.

 

Tried contact sky to no avail and the chat bot is a bag of **bleep** 

 

Has anyone ever had this issue?

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
