Ordered wrong samsung phone

Ordered the Samsung S25 last night..Want to change the order to the Samsung S25 ultra.

Not had a delivery date yet, is it possible to do this?and if so how?

@Desireep  You will need to call Sky and cancel the current order, you'll need to place new order for the correct device which means a new credit check.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
