Ordered new phone instead of upgrading

Hi all, I meant to upgrade my phone and I've ordered a new one instead by accident. I want to cancel this order quickly (its meant to ship out in two days) so I am able to upgrade instead as otherwise I'll be paying two contracts for one phone 😭😭 any help would be great as the form I've seen is for cancelling sky mobile completely which is not what I want to do

The only way to cancel the order @MeganB1 would be to phone Sky tomorrow. Ordering another one via an upgrade will see your credit checked again.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
