Hi all, I meant to upgrade my phone and I've ordered a new one instead by accident. I want to cancel this order quickly (its meant to ship out in two days) so I am able to upgrade instead as otherwise I'll be paying two contracts for one phone 😭😭 any help would be great as the form I've seen is for cancelling sky mobile completely which is not what I want to do
