I called Sky to find out if I can upgrade my phone, I was told to check how much I would get for my current phone that I have to take out a sim only which shows as £6 per month on my account, but I won't be paying for it. I asked the woman to cancel the sim, but it's not cancelled.
why do I have to order a sim to check some details? I don't have a sim with Sky, I only buy the phone from them.

That doesn't make any sense to me either so did you order and activate this £6 sim ?
