Ordered new phone and SIM, not showing in account

Logged in, clicked on upgrade on one of my phones (so I know I definitely did not create a new account) received the phone and SIM and it's not showing in my account anywhere and therefore I cannot activate the SIM.

If you already have a sim then you can continue to use that as you don't need to activate the new sim that came with your new phone but if you do activate it then you will be paying for a second sim.

 

If you do want to activate it then call Sky on 150 from this new phone that has the other sim in it.

No this was an upgrade on a seperate phone, hence why I ordered it with a sim bundle. my issue is that when I try and activate the new sim, it doesnt appear anywhere on my account. Infact its not even under orders or anything, the only one that appears is my other phone. And in the order emails if I click link skyiD it says its already linked?

Also cannot call on the phone as the sim isnt activated and has no reception

If you don't have another phone then you could contact Sky via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.
