Not able to recieve calls

My dad has a sim on my account and he is not able to recieve calls He can make calls but when his number is called it says you have dialled an incorrect number He has tried two different handsets so we know its not his phone

As he can make calls he will need to report this to Sky so they can investigate this for him. 150 is the free number to call them on.
