Ordered an iPad on contract

I ordered an iPad on contract couple days ago. Signed the paper and set up a direct debit and said complete and I'd receive an email. It's been couple days it said next day delivery. I haven't received any emails or the iPad. I don't know if it's gone through or not I don't want to order another if it's gonna come process soon. Under my orders there's nothing there.
