Hi @Nat2106 if you are outside the 12 month minimum term then order a new (not replacement) one from sky.com. When it arrives activate it then call sky to cancel the old one. If you are still in the 12 month minimum term then you can't change the number unless for extreme circumstances such as harassment with the police being involved.
