Ordered a iPad a over month ago and still no updat

Ordered a iPad on the 11th of novemeber and cannot get in touch with sky! Don't know what to do

The most up to date info on your particular order should be available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales. What is happening when you try to get in touch with Sky to get an update?
