Recently moved from another provider to Sky. I get 10GB monthly but I seem to keep running out of data, and have had to top up daily from the Piggybank. I don't download things, don't listen to music or movies etc. Husband says I should be turning mobile data on and off if I am in or out of house. Never had this issue with other provider. Why is this happening? Thanks

How recently was this because when the sim is first activated as what you get is based on the number of days before it resets (your billing date) so you wouldn't get the 10GB if it resets in 14 days for example.
