Order
Hello
Yesterday I ordered a new phone
I had issues receiving the contract to sign, apparently this was not due to 2 other usernames. It was because of the bank details, so I had to change it and the username also changed to one of the others.
I had paid an upfront payment, signed the agreement on the new username , and it still says order on way on app, but then I received a message on the app saying it has been cancelled and money refunded.
Now apparently I have to pay the 56 again! I am unable to do this until Monday, but I think this is really badly unfair due to being on the phone half the day yesterday ,and on this community, and then it being cancelled after it was apparently resolved!
Can someone please look into this again to see if there's any further resolution that can be done.

Have you spoken to Sky about why the order was cancelled as usually when others have had their orders cancelled it is due to failing the second deeper credit check.

Hi
They said it was cancelled because the credit agreement was not signed on the original username that the first order was created on.
When i googled it, apparently sky only does one credit check only? I cannot understand why a credit check is done and you pay, and then there's another credit check? If you could explain that would be great, many thanks

As I said there is a second deeper credit check which is why others have had their orders cancelled but if it was due to the credit agreement issue then this might not be what has happened.
