When was a bill last paid, was it more or less than 56 days ?

I got the email when I came home one day his week of termination and I paid the outstanding balance immediately that day. But I don't have any active services is there a way forward? Please

If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription so how long were you in arrears?

Definitely longer as I've been in hospital since Christmas unfortunately.
