Order

I ordered an iphone 17 with Sky and recieved Airtags instead - I have raised this numotious times. 

I have been promised call backs and escalations that have not taken place - has anyone else had an experience like this before?

There will be an investigation going onto how, where and why this happened and this does take time I'm afraid so how long has this been going on for ?
