Mobile data charge
Good evening,
I have checked my expected monthly bill for December and it is not what I expected. There is a data charge for £43 while I used my data abroad. I had no idea there was a £2.16 per MB charge while I was a way. I assumed it was the same £2 a day charge.
I want to ask if there is any way to amend this charge. £2.16 per MB is extortionate. I would really appreciate help with this cost.

Re: Mobile data charge
You have been charged correctly.
The only thing you can do is ask Sky to consider a goodwill contribution to the cost but don't be surprised if they refuse.

Re: Mobile data charge
Hi @Alex302 as you have incurred the charges correctly then why would sky wipe them ? It's explained on their website under roaming what the charges are for each country.
