Order tracking

Hello,

I received a delivery from DPD last night for my Sky order, but the parcel was damaged when it arrived. I did not accept the delivery, and the driver took a photo and returned the item, marking it as damaged.

According to DPD tracking, my parcel is now at the North Circular depot.Please tell me when my mobile phone will be delivered. Thank you.

Hi @Alireza3  it probably won't as you sent it back. As advised you will need to call sky to discuss getting a new phone, may involve placing a new order for which you may be credit checked again.
