I would like to cancel my package

Hi,

I have broadband sky ,tv, and two mobile connection with you guys .

i have contacted several time to your difficult customer service regarding the reception, connectivity issue and internet on the mobile phone .

due to internet connectivity in the city , Belfast , swords I have faced numerous difficulties in my day to day life .

one of the biggest problem finding address using internet, internet is never available when needed .

if some one calls on my phone it is most of the Ime not reachable, my wife sitting next to me calls me it is then also not reachable,

all i get text messages after some time stating missed call 

if some one calls and answered internet connection disappears from the phone for hours .

i think i have been tricked into getting package which has 0 value .

i do not wish to continue with your service including phone mobile internet and tv .

Not us - this is a customer led help forum.

 

You need to contact Sky directly to give notice to cancel out of contract services.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
