Verification mobile number is wrong

Unable to receive Verification Coded on my Mobile number is an old number I no longer have. 
I have tried speaking to Sky Advisors but no one seems to be able to rectify it. 
Normally advisors are good and resolve issues. 
My account details are correct with current mobile number. 
This doesn't seem to be talking to Verification Codes. 
HELP

Where are these verifications from, Sky or someone else ?

On Sky I want to change my password &email address. 
Verification Codes are being sent to an d number.

When you we up two step verification you were asked to make a note of tne recovery code as you had to tick a box onscreen to say you did this so all you now need to do is to sign in with this recovery code.
