When did you place the order ?
What is happening when you try to track it ?

I placed the order yesterday, when click track my order it redirect to contact sky for information

When I call them they don't have the option what I need..

Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
