Sky Swap “Device in for repair”
I'm trying to do a swap to a new handset but after selecting my current one I get "It looks like your device is in for repair or being returned. You won't be able to upgrade until this is sorted."
I haven't requested a return and my phone is sitting by the side of me.
Has anybody else had this?
