I ordered a Samsung tablet on 4th December 2024. It arrived without a problem. However its not showing on my account, so I cannot activate the eSIM for my data plan.
A contract phone I ordered after the tablet is the only item listed in my account.
How do I add the tablet to my account?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis happens if for some reason that the device has been ordered on a different account so if you can Sky on 150 on your phone they can both look into this and help you with the esim.
