On my bill I have a phone that's having its monthly payment taken. When I go to my devices to see the balance remaining, that phone isn't showing up. My other phone and old phone all show as expected, just not this one

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Ben120280 this normally happens when, for some reason, the phone has been assigned to a different account. If you phone sky on 150 they will locate it and tell you your options.
