I answer an incoming call, after saying 'hello'; the caller says 'hello', I say 'hello, can you hear me' then the line cuts out.
This has happened many times, the latest being when the hospital where I am receiving treatment called. Obviously, if the hospital calls it must be urgent.
I need to know why the hospital called!
Ineed to know why my calls cut out everytime received.

Thanks for reply, am trying to contact Sky, but as we know it's difficult to get through to the correct department. Will keep trying tho.:)
