Order has been returned to Sky

I order iphone 16 pro max they charged me and didn't deliver tge order. I tried to contact them by call but no one is getting touched.

Hi @ADILZEB  this normally happens when you have failed one of the credit checks sky carry out. If you call them they will confirm this. Any upfront payment should be refunded soon.
