Hi guys I placed an order and when I check my orders it says 'call sky for an update on your order' and when I check in the app it's saying technical issue it's not you it's us, and then showing me a link to start again. I'm worried to put the order through again incase it goes through twice but I'm also unsure on if it's worked. I can't call sky and the virtual assistant isn't working too well for me. Any advice? Thankyou so much

I'm having the same problem. Haven't recieved an email confirmation still either.

Neither have I. I had to fill out the direct debit agreement and agree to terms and conditions and then I received an email saying verify and I did, and heard nothing since?

I done all this earlier filled everything out signed the agreement etc and had no email or confirmation on my order I keep trying to order again but saying there's a technical issue so can't go any further

you will just need to be patient for the reason given by @caesarome

No not at all. Again, when I click my products or my orders it's coming up with technical error with an option to start again. Last thing I had to do was verify an email and heard nothing since.

So managed to contact them through the live chat, they had no record of my order or my account so I've just re done the order with a different email and it's all gone through, got the confirmation emails as well this time.
to access live chat I went through the help section, went through all the option, think it was Sky mobile, buying sky mobile, pay monthly phones and at the bottom have me the live chat option.
