I just placed an order for a new iphone 15, credit check was done online and accepted. i signed the contracts and now you are cancelling with no reason?
My credit score is 13 points off being perfect, this is ridiculous
Anyone else had this with Sky? I was going to order a sim only package for my daughter as well as Sky TV after my phone came, but i certainly won't be doing that now!!

I agree, it is probably due to you failing the required credit check(s). For a sim only deal there is a soft credit check. For a device as well Sky do carry out a second, more thorough check. Also, emails confirming or cancelling the order sometimes arrive out of sequence. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
Any initial payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded in about 14 days.

Then explain why there is a credit check online, which accepted me, and got me to sign the contracts!
Why do that if they do "further" checks.
service is appalling.

Doesn't answer my previous question. Why bother with a credit check if they are going to do another one once you've signed the contracts!!
My credit is near perfect, if they don't want my business (removed)

As @Daniel0210 & @caesarome have advised, we cannot advise on the reasons the credit check failed. Please see the link @Daniel0210 shared above - https://www.sky.com/help/articles/credit-checks-sky-mobile
