Hi, I recently ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max. When I placed the order, I was told it would arrive within 2–3 weeks, but I’ve now been told my order was cancelled. Can you please explain why it was cancelled and whether it can be reinstated or reordered? I’d really appreciate a clear update on my order status.

We (as other customers) cannot do that.
You'll have to contact Sky. It may be a credit check history although some posts on the forum have reported similiar issues and Sky have reordered without issue.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
