Am getting no connection to local networks in Greece. Have tried all online rectification steps. None of these have worked. Any ideas anyone?

Hi all,

 

There was an issue raised which affected a number of countries (including Spain and Greece) however we have been advised this has now been resolved.

@63johnw I'm in fuerteventura and have no mobile network either. Had it yesterday 7th June but nothing today! Can you help me too? I'm using Samsung s23 ultra. Many thanks

Hi @Lis.bge  have you checked your spend cap isn't to low ? Have you tried connecting to a different local network?

Local network is moviestar but says sim doesn't allow that connection. Its usually orange here. 😪
