Old sky SIM card not working in new sky iPhone 16

Got a new iPhone 16 from sky but my SIM card isn't working in it. Have followed everything that the trouble shooting has told me to do but still nothing. Please help.

Hi @Afcbsi  do you have another phone to try the sim in ? If not then you will need to call sky and ask for a replacement sim to be sent out.
