Sky Mobile Swap Help

I returned my old iPhone 14 Pro Max to Sky on the 1/10/25, had confirmation from Royal Mail that it had been delivered on 3/10/25 but since heard nothing from Sky regarding the  arrival or valuation of the phone to pay off my remaining balance. My sky bill was generated on the 1/10/25 which I paid for both my 14 Pro Max and my new 17 Pro Max (which I understand) but my bill for the 1/11/25 is still showing as paying for the two devices. Have sky lost my phone, not valued it? or do they just take ages to do so, and how long will I be paying for both devices while they do so?

Hi @heyitcait  it usually takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed, currently a bit longer with all the swaps from the new iPhone 17 release.
