Old phone bill

Why am I paying for my old phone on my next bill when I've sent it back?

@Savannah97

Was this a device you returned as part of a swap, in which case you need to wait for it to be processed, checked for damage and valued.

If the bill has been created prior to your returning the device and if it yet to be inspected then this will be why you have been billed for it. Once it has been inspected then it will work out via a future bill that could see a credit added to it due to this.
