Downgrade data and use roll over instead

Hi all 😊

Does anyone know if it's possible to reduce your data plan to 0GB and just use your roll over data every month?

I'm currently set up on the 20GB plan but don't use anywhere near that and have 200GB in my piggy bank.

Trying to look at ways to save money and although it would only save me £10 a month, it's still better in my pocket!

I also saw another thread where someone had said roll over data will now only be valid for 12 months, not 3 years. Is this true? And if so, is there a way in which I won't lose my rolled over data? I've looked at the rewards and none are relevant to me as I don't want to upgrade my phone nor do I want an iPad or accessories.

No, you need an active data plan.  (You can select the cheapest of course)

Yes it is.

Use it or lose it.
