Hi

i transferred my old number with EE over to Sky. I received an email and text to say this has been completed. I update the phone number in settings and turned the phone on and off and I'm not receiving any texts or calls.

When were you sent the email and text to say the transfer had happened as sometimes this is sent a little bit early so when the number transfer us still in progress.

Can you make a call, if so it might be worth calling Sky on the free 150 number about this

I called them yesterday and there seems to be a technical issue with my phone on their side. This should take 2-3 working days to resolve.
