Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tharmapuththiran Did you call Sky to cancel the device/order? If so you could have placed a new order with them at the time.
You'll need to either call or use the website to place new order, as you also paid upfront omn the previous device you'll likely have to do the same for the new one.
The previous upfront payment will be refunded by Sky but won't be used against the new order.
