If you got tracking details when you returned it @Kirsty-35 it should show if it has arrived now but as explained above it can take a few weeks to be processed.

Hi @Kirsty-35  the tracking information you received when sending it should tell you. The company that deals with return takes 2-3 weeks to process them. When did you send it ?
