Old devices showing on my account
Hi there I am wanting to add a mobile phone to my account but I have 3 old devices that I have completed payment for still showing on my account. This means each time I get to the checkout it states I've reached my device limit but I only have 2 active device payments. How can I remove the old products from my account? Thank you

Only devices returned to Sky will be removed from your account so any that are still there that have been paid of do not count as an active device so if you can't place the order then call Sky on 150 for help with this.
