Iphone 15 Pro Data and wifi Problem

I can't seem to be able to use mobile data or when im at home wifi on my Iphone 15 Pro.

Ive turned everything off and on and checked the settings on the phone , ive Reset the phone and ive gone through the AI problem solving on sky's web site with no luck. Ive also taken the sim card out and giving that a clean.

The phone shows wifi or 4/5G but when i try to use anything nothing works , ive even checked to make sure i have plenty of data and i do .

Anybody else had this problem at all ?

i couldnt get my VPN to load , i finally got it to load , turned it off and on and now my phone has data and wifi.
