Old Number not Ported Across

Hi I have ported my old number from O2 to Sky. I did it on Friday with my PAC code to keep my number etc. I know weekedns can delayit but still not done by Tuesday so I called Sky. Who said I hadnt done something (which I know I dideverything needed) and took my PAC code again. I got advised yesterday everything was done but there is still an issue with my temp sim telephone number showing on my iphone which means imessage and facetime do not use my old/correct number. I have followed instructions to sign out of imessgae and facetime and resset network settings (did this on my ipdad too) but still my iphone shows the incorrect temp number. I am getting very frustrated with this now I hope someone can help as I really dont want to call sky as I know it will be hard work!!

Have you confirmed with Sky again that the number has now transferred ?

I havent called them but I got a text yesterday telling me it had. I really dislike calling sky (or anyone) so reluctant to call them unless I absolutely have to! I just know they will either nto understand the problem or will tell me to do what I have already done! It was painful enough to call them on Tuesday - they then try and sell you everything else whilst on the phone!!
