Sim card

I have just installed my SIM card in my new phone but it is not working. I had a eSIM as well as just come back from South Africa but didn't want/need the eSIM anymore so deleted it. And now I can't get mobile signal

Make sure this setting is set to home or abroad:

 

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to home/aroad/

 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to home/abroad.

Hi. Can't find the home/abroad function

 

it just says Sky roaming
