I moved to Sky mobile from Tesco and am unable to receive OTP's from Santander, I have had no trouble with other company OTP's so far? Anyone got an idea how to resolve the issue please?

Since changing networks otp codes are not coming through to my mobile number meaning I can't log on to certain accounts . I have tried changing all my browser safety setting contacted the other companies and they can't help either

Still not working for me from Halifax, and just discovered Capital One can also be added to the list of financial accounts I can no longer access since switching to Sky from EE. This is just unacceptable in 2024... wish I'd never switched.
Unable to manage my bank account or my credit card.

Still not working for me either even though told Saturday it would be fixed 24 - 48hrs ! This is appalling from SKY !!

Another annoyed customer here not able to access their online banking or use their card to pay for childcare due to not receiving OTP's!! How long please? It's getting ridiculous

Unable to do any banking this morning with Santander..
Not making it al all easy ..
Hope sometging is sorted out soon as becoming a proper problem..

Over time? Put a firm number on it or it isn't fixed.
I assume Sky will be offering contract cancellations at zero cost to people who have been stuck with this problem?
