What is going on with the OPT codes not being sent? I have been passed from pillar to post with Sky taking no responsibility at all!! I am a business owner and this is month end when bills and staff need paying. I will leave Sky as soon as I can this is not the service I expect.

This is just not good enough Sky - I will be calling you first thing tomorrow and I expect a resolution or you can tell my staff why they can't get paid this month!

Having the same issue. Im also not receiveing SMS. Does anyone know if this is related or do i have a seperate issue?
I tried re-sending network settings last night but it failed to send.
This is a new connection moved from EE last week but i have 3 other contracts now on sky.

Can you get someone to send you a normal text and see if you receive that ? If so I would imagine you're part of this problem

My Brother in law sent me a normal text last night that i didnt receive. I only discovered this when i whatsapp'd him later in the evening and he said he had text me earlier.

In addition to that I was trying to reset a Ringo parking password last night and couldnt get the text code for the reset.

Tried again this morning, still not working, have had no problem with SMS from other sources, this is a Sky problem that they are just not addressing, tried ringing Sky got fed up sitting there listening to how important my call was to them!!!

Contacted Sky reply I got was. If this is the best their best people can do heaven help us poor punters. Just checked and found out I am now out of contract, so some good news. When I clicked on the link for more information it bought me to this page!!!
Hi John you are chatting with Kenny today, thanks for contacting us regarding your Sky mobile, sorry to hear you are having an issue with the OTP messages, I do know there is a known issue affecting some customers and some banks and businesses and this is being investigated and worked as a priority. yes it is on the status and community page as we are aware of some customers having issues receiving OTP codes , this is being worked by the best people to get resolved as soon as possible and we are working with the various companies including Santander to get the root cause and get it fixed ASAP.

So im currently on the phone to sky. They are suggesting its a network fault but want me to send them my phone for repair without supplying a replacement. A phone that i have bought from them less than 7 days ago. I have suggested this is unacceptable and that if thats the case ill be cancelling as im within 14 days. Currently on hold..
