Number won’t activate for iMessage or FaceTime

Hello there I've been with sky mobile since Monday and my number won't verify I can only iMessage through email address and in send and receive my only options are email in message folder when I click on my number which has constant verifying next to it it asks turn on iMessage I click on it and then it says error on activation. FaceTime won't work what so ever I'm at my wits end I never had this problem with my previous network someone help please I've been through to apple they said mabye iMessage or international sms isn't enabled there end. I've done so much

Have you tried this:

 

Go to Settings and click on you Name (Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases), then click on Name, Phone Number, Email. Once through to there, if your phone number is displayed delete it, restart your phone, go back to the same place and then re add your number.
