Number transfer

Hi, my old number was meant to transfer over her but hasn't. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @AR2421  can you confirm you are transferring from a different network to sky ? When did you give sky your PAC ?

Hi, yes transferring over from ee to sky, sky texted yesterday to say it would be transferred today, but it still hasn't and is coming up two numbers?

What normally happens is leave your EE sim in your phone u til it stops working @AR2421  once that stops then put your new activated sky sim in and it should start working, normally straight away but can sometimes take a little while. It can happen anytime today if today is the porting day.

Yeah I left my old sim in my old phone, activated this one using the PAC code and my old number turned it off and back on again but for some reason it's still coming up 2 networks. Hopefully world by the end of today

Tne transfer can take place anytime throughout the day so doesn't always happen as early as this !
