Can't connect to network off wifi

I went to China and used a Chinese sim when I got back to the UK I removed but now having trouble getting signal when not on wifi

Hi @Dlohman68  if this is an iPhone go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there.

Give this a try:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

I have an android, not sure changing to home has helped as turned off WiFi and couldn't connect
