Number transfer

So transferred my number to sky eSIM and had the text to say it's all gone through however my phone now has no signal and in settings is still listed as O2

Hi @Simmo32  if this doesn't help you will need to call sky for help. You may need to get a new physical sim, activate it then convert that to esim.
