So my phone won't send normal texts when iMessages stop working just says not delivered, anyone have this happen and rectify it?

Hi @MichelleI1974 check settings, apps, messages, send as text message is toggled on.

Also check if you have primary and secondary sims in your iPhone and make sure secondary is off.
