Number transfer

I've activated my sim and entered my PAC code but my number still hasn't transferred over. It said it should only take till 5pm the same day and  I did it two days ago

Hi @Morg23  porting doesn't happen over weekends so if you started it on Friday it won't complete until Monday or possibly Tuesday.

Hello, what do you have to do to activate your sim?  i received a text from sky saying my new number would be transferred over by yesterday, however this still has not happened and my old number is now not working at all?

If you haven't activated your sim then you need to do this as soon as possible:
