Number not working after transfer to sky mobile

Hi, I've transferred over to sky, activated my SIM and received an email yesterday from Sky saying I'm up and running with my number but I'm not receiving calls or texts? It's been more than 24 hours. Does anyone know what I need to do? Thanks

When did you give Skt the apc code you got from your previous network ?

Hi @Jessienorthy  you can't use try this. 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
