Not to return my device

Hello there, I'm new here. Hope to get some help.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for my wife,but she can't get on with it after her old device,so I contacted Sky that I would like to send the device back and end my credit agreement,currently I'm waiting for the return packaging. I tried the phone and I really like it,I would like to keep it and going on with the contract. Shall I call Sky and let them know that I would like to keep the device or just decide not to return it? I don't know what to do? Can anyone here help me out,please?

Hi @Star888  yes you would need to call sky to see if they can cancel the return, call on 150.
