Are you new to Sky, if so have you activated the sim ?
If you are not new has it been working up to now, if it has been then does a reboot fix it ?

I reboot many times, I took the sim out and back in, I reset my network, it is not working, what does this message mean!!!

I am not new to sky, my sim was working till yesterday when I got that message
