Once the minimum term on your contract has finished you might well see an increase as the discount you were on will have ended as well so you can't go back in time and sign the credit agreement again.
It is up to you what you do now but if the phone lines are working (they might not be due to this ongoing global IT issue) you might want to call Sky to see what, if anything, they will offer you.
